Welcome to Mature Caregivers!

We are your flexible, trusted provider of in-home personal & companionship elder care.

Our Story

Founded in 2012, Mature Caregivers was created to address a critical need: helping families find reliable, compassionate care for aging loved ones who wish to remain in their own homes. We know that navigating eldercare options can feel overwhelming, which is why we've built our company on the foundation of impeccable service and total trust.

Our leadership team brings together decades of combined experience in eldercare, staffing, and senior services. We've spent years helping families find care solutions they can count on, and we understand both the practical and emotional aspects of this journey.

At Mature Caregivers, we take a comprehensive approach to care. We don't just connect families with caregivers—we provide a full-service solution that includes developing personalized care plans, thoroughly screening candidates, providing ongoing training, and managing all employment responsibilities. This allows families to focus on what matters most: spending quality time with their loved ones.

As a Certified Age-Friendly Employer—a program recognized by AARP, Consumer Reports, and the U.S. Senate Committee on Aging—we actively seek caregivers over 50 who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. We value the wisdom, patience, and life experience that mature professionals bring to caregiving, while welcoming dedicated caregivers of all ages to join our team.

Whether you're seeking care for a family member or looking for a rewarding career in caregiving, Mature Caregivers is here to support you with integrity, expertise, and genuine compassion.
